Just lost a loyal customer. A COCKROACH fell on my husband while we were eating! Then when we went to leave we notice a sign that said not to serve my father because "he didn't pay". This is in fact true but we were told by the Owners husband AND their waiter to not pay due to a coupon issue, that was their way of resolving it. Then she posts his name and calls his character into question!?! That is absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to treat customers and handle issues if you want to run a buisness!
